I’m Natalie Rose, Therapist, Coach, and Eating Disorder Expert.

I understand this journey personally, having once battled with chronic dieting, binge eating, and a tumultuous relationship with food. 

Through my experience, I learned that the crux of disordered eating extends beyond food. It’s intricately tied to issues of self-acceptance and disconnection.
